A fifth-generation oil and gas professional whose career started in 1998 with Twin Lakes Drilling, Company. With over 18 years of experience in oil leasing, drilling, operating, completions, and geological analysis, Mr. Upchurch has been involved in the acquisition of over 100,000 acres across the central United States. Nicholas owned and operated Lucky Production from 2004 to 2010. He continued his oil and gas work with Olim Energy, LLC in 2011, before becoming owner and CEO of OMR Drilling in 2012. As an owner Nicholas has acquired over 15,000 acres and has drilled, operated, and/or produced over 100 wells in Appalachian Basin for investors, both in the United States and international.
Since 2017, Mr. Upchurch has been the owner/operator of a charcoal plant based in the mid-west, where he has gained extensive knowledge of the greenhouse gas mitigation space. This experience has led him to see the need for a solution to reduce and eliminate noxious gases from these types of polluters. The visionary of KLIR Sky, Ltd., Mr. Upchurch has effectively solved the greenhouse gas (GHG) problem all while allowing the collection and repurposing of said gas to be sold for use in the supply chain.

Mr. Patrick White, CEO, brings over 20 years of diverse business development and project management experience to KLIR Sky. His close attention to detail and hands-on approach has helped maximize budgets for over 2M square feet of commercial real estate acquisitions while focused on delivering consistent ROI for shareholders. Mr. White also co-founded Two Pine Energy, a green energy company built for the purpose of solving the waste-to-energy profitability dilemma. Two Pine has been actively involved in land reclamation projects, municipal revitalization, and renewable resource crypto mining.
Through years of market research, acquisition processing, and delivering full-service agency solutions to his clients, Mr. White always maintains the win/win approach that fits the KLIR Sky mission and business model. Mr. Greyling is a seasoned ICT and business executive with over forty years of experience. He gained in depth experience across a range of industries in the private sector in complex organizations in banking, logistics and manufacturing. Being a serial entrepreneur and visionary, Mr. Greyling founded several diverse companies solving problems in challenging markets which included financial, E-Commerce, telecommunications, and software solutions. Successful exits of two companies, both to JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange) companies in 1995 and 2005.
